Refund policy

Returns: No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

Refunds: in the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment,. A refund will not be provided until this has been done. All claims for damaged/faulty goods need to be made within 14 days of receipt of the item and returned within 30 days of receipt of the items.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged a 10% fee for administrative and merchant fees to cancel your order and all return shipping costs. 

In the event an item is out of stock we will refund the items back to your method of payment.
